Welcome to KITCATS.

KITCATS is a trading name of HUNT COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17109758. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

Throughout these Terms, "KITCATS", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the KITCATS trading name of HUNT COMMERCE LTD.

KITCATS offers cat products, accessories, furniture and related items selected for cats and their owners.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and on the terms displayed at checkout.

After you submit an order, we may send an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We will communicate acceptance or any cancellation in accordance with our order process. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply, as required by law.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected by this process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, including where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, an availability issue or an inability to fulfil the order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be presented in accordance with applicable law.

We may change product prices, promotions and discounts from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction or other action is permitted by law.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. We do not intend to store full payment card details ourselves where these are handled by our payment providers.

If a pricing or listing error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the delivery estimates displayed on our website or communicated to you at checkout.

KITCATS may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners and delivery companies to dispatch products directly to customers. As a result, products may be shipped from different fulfilment locations and may arrive separately.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed or required by law.

We remain responsible to you for fulfilling your order in accordance with your contract and applicable consumer law, even where a third-party supplier or delivery company is involved.

Unless you have agreed otherwise, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, in accordance with applicable law.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify's ecommerce platform.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store and is not responsible for fulfilling our sales obligations to you, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Your rights and obligations in relation to purchases are governed by your contract with KITCATS and applicable law.
